The Qualification of operator

To carry，install, connect, adjust, calibration, run and check the motors，Should be operated by professional staffs

Safety precautions：

Please strictly obey the following safety precautions to avoid injury accidents and motor damaged.

1.  Lift capacity must be bigger than motor weight while lifting and carrying the motor, No standing under the motor while lifting

2.  The motor is outer-rotor structure, the air gap is small. The rotor shell will be deformed easily if the motor is knocked. Therefore, free knock to avoid damaged.

3.  Don’t use the motor in explosive, flammable, acid and vaporous environment. Otherwise, it may cause fire and explosion. 

4.  Please install, connect and test motor according to the manual.

5.  Power off during installing and connecting cable leads to motor.

6.  Fasten bolts and fixed pins should be assembled with appropriate torque. Otherwise, the motor may work at abnormal situation. And it may cause injury accident and motor damaged.

7.  Please connect the motor to servo controller correctly according to the manual and other relative documents.

8.  Please immediately power motor off while it is running abnormal situation.

9.  Please do not get close to or touch rotating components during the motor running.

10. Do not disassembly, remold or maintain the motor without authorization. Motor should be repaired by professional maintenance manufacturer or original factory if it needs to be repaired.

11. Do not touch conductive part when measure the insulation resistance with tramegger.

12. Do not touch motor shell during the motor working or stopped within a short time

13. Do not touch exposed electric conductor while the motor rotated by hand or other equipment even the electrical power is off due to the rotated motor will generate dangerous voltage.

14. Please store the motor away from the humid environment if the motor needs to be stored for some time.
